We are committed to providing our customers and clients the highest quality products. In the event that one of our products fail to operate as intended over a period of 12-months from the data of shipment, we may repair or replace the product at our discretion.
The warranty policy applies to products that were operated as intended as outlined within the datasheet or the scope of work. If it was determined that the product failed as a result of damage, neglect or mis-use, the standard warranty shall not apply. However, we may offer the option to repair the product, subject to a service and repair fee.
