Alex Besprozvanny, CEO, brings over two decades of industry experience spanning the military, commercial, and medical technology sectors. Throughout his career, Alex has led the design, development, and manufacturing of advanced custom electronic systems for highly demanding applications.

Alex’s technical expertise includes design, manufacturing and project management of medical imaging technologies, and high-power RF and microwave electronic devices. His work has supported mission-critical defense systems, innovative commercial solutions, and cutting-edge medical technologies resulting in improved patient outcomes, requiring the highest standards of performance, reliability, and regulatory compliance utilizing quality systems including AS9100, ISO9001 and ISO13485.

As CEO, Alex provides strategic leadership and technical direction, aligning engineering excellence with business objectives. With a deep understanding of both product development and manufacturing operations, Alex is focused on delivering high-quality, customized solutions while positioning the company for sustained growth and long-term success.

Greg Gockel, CPA, brings over a decade of experience serving clients through large, nationally recognized accounting firms. Throughout his career, Greg has worked with organizations across a range of industries, providing expertise in financial reporting, internal controls, compliance, and strategic accounting operations.

As Controller, Greg will oversee the company’s accounting and financial management functions, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and consistency in all financial processes. Their background in public accounting brings a disciplined, detail-oriented approach, paired with a practical understanding of how financial data supports business decision-making.

Greg is known for a collaborative working style and a commitment to delivering clear, reliable financial information that leadership and stakeholders can trust. With deep technical knowledge and hands-on experience, Greg plays a key role in strengthening the company’s financial infrastructure and supporting its long-term growth.

Megan Webster serves as Project Manager for the company and brings experience in logistics management and interior design, paired with strong program management expertise. Her background enables her to oversee complex initiatives that require careful coordination of people, schedules, and resources.

Throughout her career, Megan has been responsible for program and project management functions including schedule development and tracking, budget planning and oversight, and resource allocation. She works closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure milestones are met, costs are controlled, and projects are delivered on time and within budget.

As Project Manager, Megan provides day-to-day leadership across project workflows, manages risk and priorities, and serves as a key point of contact for stakeholders. Their structured, detail-oriented approach supports efficient execution while maintaining a focus on quality and client expectations.

Kate Caltigerone is responsible for Quality Control for the company, overseeing quality assurance processes across the electronics design and manufacturing organization. Her role focuses on ensuring products meet rigorous performance, reliability, and compliance standards throughout the full lifecycle—from design and prototyping through production and delivery.

With a strong emphasis on process discipline and continuous improvement, Kate establishes and maintains quality control procedures, inspection protocols, and testing requirements. She works closely with engineering, manufacturing, and program management teams to identify risks, implement corrective actions, and ensure consistency across all programs.

In support of the company’s commitment to excellence, Kate helps ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within budget while meeting customer and regulatory expectations. Her attention to detail and proactive approach to quality play a critical role in delivering dependable, high-performance electronic systems to clients across demanding industries.
